What does the UDG warranty cover?Updated 5 hours ago

The UDG warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: A Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Remedies: If a problem is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, UDG will (at its discretion) do one of the following:

    • Repair the product

    • Provide a replacement part

    • Replace the product

To redeem a warranty, you have to be the one that purchased the product, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient.

If your claim is covered under warranty, we’ll replace the product or provide a spare-part. We’ll cover all shipping costs.
